Refunds
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Customers may request a product refund in the following cases.
- Received a damaged product.
- Received a different product from what you ordered
To request a refund, you can contact us at hello@facialist.ie
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
We only accept returns in cases of defective or damaged items. Returns of items in their original condition will not be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns for personal care goods such as beauty products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.
